Congratulations to Board Member Purvi Mehta-Bhatt
[2 December 2013] The IAEH Board congratulates Purvi Mehta-Bhatt for being awarded the Agriculture Leadership Award 2013 on September 19, 2013. Dr. Purvi Mehta-Bhatt, the Head of Asia, International Livestock Research Institute of the CGIAR received the Woman Leadership Award. This was in recognition of her leadership role in influencing crop and livestock policies in the country and also for her continued efforts in linking grass roots level issues to national, regional and international research and policy strategies.

EcoHealth 2014 Conference
[7 November 2013] EcoHealth 2014 is the 5th Biennial conference of the International Association for Ecology & Health, co-hosted by the Interdisciplinary Research Center on Biology, Health, Society and Environment (Cinbiose) and the Canadian Community of Practice in Ecosystem Approaches to Health (CoPEH-Canada).
Under the theme Connections for health, ecosystems and society, EcoHealth 2014 will be held in Montréal (Québec, Canada), at the Université du Québec à Montréal, from August 11th to 15th, 2014 (pre-conference day: August 11th).
